Bill Ross
Bill Ross, the owner of Major League Conditioning Centers, is a 1979 graduate of Vanderbilt University, with Post-Graduate studies at Phoenix Community College and Arizona State University. Bill has been certified by the American Council on Exercise as a personal trainer and has received a certification as a blood microscopist.
Earning a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do has influenced his career as a personal trainer. Experience in the martial arts has given him the insight into focus, concentration and achievement which is then taught to his clients. Additionally, Bill worked in Major League Baseball with the Kansas City Royals giving him the opportunity to train such high profile athletes as Bo Jackson, George Brett and many others. Bill has also worked with professional athletes from football, basketball, golf, auto racing and other sports.
Since 1986 Bill has devoted himself to bettering the fitness of thousands. He works closely with doctors and other health professionals to insure his clients obtain the best guidance to overall health. His knowledge and experience influences Major League Conditioning Centers' unique approach in assisting clients to achieve maximum health, well being and fitness levels.
In his spare time, Bill is an avid golfer and loves competing in tournaments against some of the best golfers. He also enjoys playing guitar, 60's muscle cars, watching movies and sports.
Our Staff
Kim Clark, Comptroller/Office Manager Kim has been an employee at Major League Conditioning Centers since January 1997. Kim has an Associate Degree in General Studies from Glendale Community College. She has an extensive background in the sign industry which spanned nearly twenty years. As an Art Director, she was responsible for the design, layout and production of all custom signage. Kim wanted to get stronger to improve her golf game and met with Bill Ross in July 1994 and became a client shortly thereafter. When she decided to work for MLCC she became an apprentice and learned the skills and knowledge required to be a personal trainer under the tutelage of Bill.
When Kim is not at work she enjoys playing golf and caddying for Bill. Hiking is another activity that she finds enjoyable as she loves to be surrounded by nature. However, Kim's number one passion is wildlife (especially the feline variety) and wildlife photography.

Erin, Personal Trainer/Trainer Supervisor Erin joined the MLCC team in August 2007 and took on the responsibilities of Supervisor in October 2009. She is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer as well as being certified as a dog obedience trainer. Erin is married, has 2 children and 3 dogs. Outside of work, Erin enjoys hiking, writing fiction (especially sci-fi), cross-training and riding motorcycles with her husband. Erin is very personable and loves being around people.

John Paul, Personal Trainer John Paul has been an employee at Major League Conditioning Centers since February 2008. As a graduate of the School for Exercise Training and Science, John Paul received his NSCA certification as a personal trainer. John Paul has 1 son that he enjoys spending time with. In addition, his interests include weight training, running, body art and jiu jitsu. John Paul is the resident comedian at Major League Conditioning Centers.

Jason, Personal Trainer Jason has been an employee for Major League Conditioning Centers on three separate occasions. Jason first came to MLCC after graduating from and receiving his NSCA personal training certification from the School for Exercise Training and Science in April 2004. After a brief absence Jason returned in May of 2005. Jason decided to jump into the computer technology field but soon discovered that he enjoyed working for MLCC as a personal training and returned in September 2009. Jason is married, has 1 daughter, 2 dogs and 1 cat. Some of his interests include muscle cars, WWII fighter planes, conspiracy theories, bodybuilding and guitars. Jason is the quiet one with a deceptively dry sense of humor.

Bob, Personal Trainer Bob became an employee at Major League Conditioning Centers in June 2004. Bob is an ACE certified personal trainer and in addition he is a graduate of Lewis and Clark College as well as Glendale Community College. Bob is married and has 4 children. Besides physical fitness, Bob and his wife enjoy hiking and skiing together. Bob is the grizzled veteran of Major League Conditioning Centers.

Mike, Personal Trainer Mike joined the staff at MLCC in August 2009. Mike is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Sciences. Mike owns a California based business that employs qualified personnel to officiate sporting events. When Mike is away from MLCC you can find him officiating around the valley. He also enjoys all outdoor activities. Having grown up in California, Mike's persona is very laid back.

Ari, Personal Trainer Ari has been an employee of Major League Conditioning Centers since December 2009. Ari is an ACE certified personal trainer and also has a B.A. in Political Science from Arizona State University. Ari is married and has 1 dog. Cliff jumping, ultimate frisbee, sports and books are some of her favorite pastimes. Ari has a very friendly and outgoing personality.

Drew, Personal Trainer Drew joined the Major League Conditioning Centers staff in August 2010. Drew graduated for Mesa State College with a B.A. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Drew is a newlywed having just been married in March 2011. Drew is a true outdoorsman as he enjoys fishing, hiking, camping, spear fishing and traveling. When he can't be outside he enjoys coin collecting, fantasy football and asking "why".
