I live in Gilbert yet I drive to central Phoenix three times a week for my workouts. I even drive by my neighborhood gym. I know it sounds crazy but it is worth it to me and here is why: I am 40 years old, have a busy job and a family with children. Yet I still want to feel young and keep playing sports. Major League Conditioning Centers gives me the kind of training I need. Programs that make sense and are do-able along with sound nutritional information. I am truly amazed that a 30 minute workout can produce such good results.

Not long ago I was a Division 1 college volleyball player. I was used to working out and practicing 4 to 6 hours a day for months. When I met Bill and he told me it would take about 9 hours over the next 6 weeks to get back into shape I thought he was crazy. Needless to say I was skeptical. It did not take long to feel and see the results. I lost 15 pounds of fat and doubled my strength in only six weeks. I really wish I had trained this way in college, I would have been in better shape with more energy and fewer injuries. I want to let women know what Major League Conditioning Centers has done for me. I am in my mid forties, I have five children, and I have a busy schedule.
