Bill Ross, the owner of Major League Conditioning Centers, is a 1979 graduate of Vanderbilt University, with Post-Graduate studies at Phoenix Community College and Arizona State University. He has been certified by the American Council on Exercise as a personal trainer and received a certification as a blood microscopist from Infinity2, an international nutritional company.

Earning a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do has influenced his career as a personal trainer. Experience in the martial arts has given him the insight into focus, concentration and achievement which is taught to his clients. Additionally, Bill worked in Major League Baseball giving him the opportunity to train such high profile athletes as Bo Jackson, George Brett, and many others.

Since 1986 Bill has devoted himself to bettering the fitness of thousands. He works closely with doctors and other health professionals to insure the clients obtain the best guidance to overall health. His knowledge and experience influences Major League Conditioning Centers\rquote unique approach in assisting clients to achieve maximum health, well being and fitness levels.
