Clients who opt for personal training will find they are challenged physically as well as mentally in a program that lasts a mere thirty minutes. A typical program consists of eighteen sessions which is completed in approximately six weeks. The first six week program is designed for fat loss and strength gain. Subsequent programs are designed to continue fat loss and strength gain or define and maintain the physique based on the clients desires or needs. Other programs can be designed to help individuals gain weight, increase flexibility, or assist in sport specific training. The programs are not designed for body building but rather for strengthening, toning, and balancing the body. These types of exercise programs along with proper nutrition is a proven method to lose body fat and keep it off.
MLCC prides itself on accommodating the busy individual who desires results but has a limited schedule in which to train. Clients are very pleased to discover the results that can beobtained in thirty minutes, three times per week. In addition to short workouts, clients enjoy the privacy in which their workout takes place. MLCC does not operate in a health club atmosphere but rather a small quiet setting so clients can focus on themselves as opposed to their surroundings.
