Believe it or not, there are some forms of deep muscle therapy that can help.

Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy is a specific series of cross fiber friction movements that affects the muscle on a cellular level. This type of therapy releases adherent and fibrous conditions existing in deeper layers of muscles. These often occur through trauma, exposure, fatigue, injuries, lactic acid build-up, stress, etcetera.

While massage temporarily relieves tension, Deep Muscle Therapy actually corrects muscles and other tissues which have become damaged. This type of therapy can also be done lightly just for relaxation with the benefit of correction.

They can also provide clients with these types of massages.
